CMS Deregulation Efforts May Pay Off for Providers

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a final rule May 7, reforming several Medicare regulations identified as “unnecessary, obsolete, or excessively burdensome” on healthcare providers and suppliers.
